Refund policy

1. Our return policy:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to contact us and request a return. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

We do not accept exchanges or cancellations once an order has been shipped.

2. Return eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Returns do not apply to digital downloads. Refunds for digital downloads are only given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase, in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

3. Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Return process:
To start a return, contact us at hello@sarahepsteinstudio.com within 7 days of receiving your item to obtain a return authorisation. You will need to provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Items sent back to us without first emailing to request a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
